Ahni and Paul, the co-founders of Mountain Mystery School, are passionate about doing what it takes to help others fulfill their destiny. You will see from the bio's below, they have a wealth of experience from the conventional world as well as a unique and powerful blend of healing skills and knowledge. Their pursuit to discover what makes a truly lasting, empowering change in someone's life has resulted in a broad study of techniques and arts, including ancient knowledge handed down from indigenous healers. Their search has confirmed there is no single "magic bullet" for change. Instead, it takes a multi-disciplinary and multi-level approach which is unique for each person.
Ahni
Ahni has a Doctor of Education Degree from the University of Louisville and a Ph.D.
in Parapsychic Science from the American Institute of Holistic Theology. She left a
successful teaching career in mathematics to follow her dream of being an author and
her first published book, Beyond the Road, has won three literary awards to date.
She has been a mystery writer for years and founded the Florida First Coast Sisters in
Crime mystery group in Jacksonville, Florida. She has also written and recorded the
meditation CD entitled Your Soul Knows.
After a number of psychic experiences nearly 20 years ago, she began to follow in the footsteps of her English grandmother who was a medium. Ahni is now an international medium, channel, shaman, teacher, and healer who has channeled two advanced and digitally recorded notices of world disasters that subsequently occurred as described.
At the beginning of 2008 she channeled the book entitled The Message. This book was a unique collaboration by Archangels, Masters and Teachers of the Highest Realm who gave a no-nonsense directive about the need for mankind to change their thinking and behavior. It also describes how spirit can play an active part in everyone's life if each will simply listen.
Ahni has studied hypnosis and regression; however her love and expertise are in spirit communication and shamanic energy medicine and healing. She finds the shamanic medicine practices that have been performed by indigenous healers for thousands of years to be profoundly powerful. Her quest for this timeless wisdom has taken her to Brazil, Peru and Europe. She has worked with teachers from various Native American cultures in the United States. Ahni has completed a structured training and masters program in Shamanism in the Inca tradition with advanced training in Soul Retrievals and is a full mesa carrier.
Ahni has two grown children who reside in the southern Indiana area. She loves being out of doors and has been a runner for many years. She finds the animal and plant kingdoms to be a constant source of inspiration and healing. The Mountain Mystery School's 150-acre grounds and mountain-top energies are an idyllic, rich resource for her. She loves to garden and is presently studying herbs and their practical and medicinal applications. She and Paul are married and together operate Mountain Mystery School. Their unique combination of skills form the basis for the powerful transformational program they run.
Paul
Paul graduated with a degree in Physiology from the University of London, England and
for a number of years studied psychology with the Open University, U.K. He is currently
working on a Ph.D. in metaphysics. His first job was brief as it was in the pharmaceutical
industry and he was dismayed at what he found. He then joined an office equipment company
and was ultimately promoted to the main board.
As he climbed the corporate ladder, Paul knew in his heart there was something else he
was supposed to do. His real passion was in developing people and discovering what it takes
to make permanent change in their lives. For over 20 years, he studied and practiced a vast
array of change techniques and processes. His studies have included: Reike, Hypnotherapy,
Psychotherapy, NLP, Time Line Therapy, Past Life Regression, Provocative Therapy, ICF Coaching,
Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Rebirthing, Remote Viewing, Gateway Program at The Monroe Institute,
Jin Shin Jyutsu, The Work, 5 Rhythms Dance, Holotropic Breathwork, Energy Medicine with Donna
Eden and a number of Native American Indian healers, and shamanism in the Inca tradition.
Paul's eclectic search was driven by two questions:
- Why do we do the things we do when they don't bring us happiness?
- What are the elements we need to make change permanent?
He discovered answers to the first question, but found some of his own self-limiting beliefs persisted and he knew something was missing. After considerable time and effort, Paul discovered the critical factors which form the basis of permanent change. He and Ahni now use those in their practice and have witnessed profound results.
Like Ahni, Paul loves the outdoors and physical challenges and both have run a number of marathons. He has also earned the coveted red beret with the British Parachute Regiment. He has five grown children and grey hair as a result!
